Default 2007 XK battery replacement

I used to think I was a decent mechanic until I tried to remove the battery in my XK. I disconnected the negative cable, then the positive cable, and looked for the battery holddown. There seem to be two: one on the side of the battery, and one at the end of the battery. The one on the side of the battery is attached with 2 torx bolts. The one on the end of the battery has two nuts; the positive battery cable is secured to it.

My question: Are these the battery hold downs? O know this sounds like a stupid question, but I don't want to remove something that shouldn't be removed.

Does this extract from the Workshop Manual help identify things?

Almost makes you think they build the car around the battery.

FYI Jaguar recommends an Interstate replacement BUT it is sealed (no top up) and is made in CZ............... very disappointing . Can't believe that Interstate can ship from CZ; not mentioned on there online catalog!
No trick to remove, just heavy..........

What's wrong with CZ? The HLs are made there to.
