Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie here and would really appreciate any advice on offer.

My 2008 XKR-S has a cracked front coil spring, and I'm having trouble finding a replacement here in the UK. It's not the same part as the standard XKR and the guys at my local independent Jag garage have been left scratching their head on this one - with their only solution being to possibly get a set bespoke made. This is obviously an expensive option, so if anyone here has any other suggestions I'd love to hear from you.

Not sure what your VIN is, but this store in the UK seems to be showing parts available...

Try Tom Lenthall (although they’re on holiday, I think), Swallows in Wales or Matt @ Spires (he was part of the suspension design team for the X150).

 

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I actually found a company that can manufacture me a set a springs for less than £200! I'll let you know how it works out.
