I believe they are for the headlamp washers. That is where they are at on the 12s

The holes show clearly in the front bumper diagram in the Parts Catalogue but the headlamp washers aren't illustrated!

Does the link in post #3 to the ebay UK listing not work?

Those are fine from a distance and for pictures but the fit/finish would be very unacceptable for a street car. It's expected they'll get damaged on the track so they are definitely function over form. Up close they don't look as nice - like Brittany Spears before/after photoshop.
