Default 2011 Supercharger oil change

I am trying to find information on changing the oil in my XKR supercharger. The engine is a 5.0. I want find out if it is worth it do do it myself or should I take it to the dealer. I can't seem to find any drain or fill plug. Everything is so crammed in. Any help is appreciated.

Because of the design the SC needs to come out for the oil change.

Typically the process for SC removal and refit is 5-6hrs so it's worth changing the SC belt, (coupler/isolator and upper pulley if needed) and the coolant if it's not been done at the same time, also check the state of the pipe under the SC when removed.

Don't pay a main dealer for this but an Indy with a good rep for SC work, if going the DIY route this thread is useful@

Why am I not surprised the you have to remove it to do something so basic? I guess I'm lucky the whole engine doesn't have to come out. Looks like I won't tackle that job myself. I've got 80,000 miles on the car. The manual says to change it a 100,000 miles. I saw a post here that showed oil from a 80,000 mile car that was black. Do you think I should wait? My car is not a daily driver. Thank you for the information.

I was told by powerhouse that the oil should be changed every 50,000 miles or 5 years what ever comes first, the reason is it evaporates over time also I decided to tackle mine was a shoddy indie garage wanted to charge me at least 6hrs labour for taking the supercharger off just to change the oil

Just for the sake of being clear if you follow George05 how to, you do NOT have to remove the SC....
