I need to replace the A/C condenser on my 2011 XKR. The shop manual seems to indicate that the radiator needs to be removed. Can someone who has performed this repair confirm this is the procedure. Thanks

 

Radiator does not need to be removed, but you will need some clever universal sockets to get to the bolts.
I suggest changing your drier desiccant if you are changing the ac compressor, accessible under the condenser
after removing the lower front splash guard.
Ebay sells authentic OEM compressors for around 400.

Note I have a 5.0 XK not XKR, but I believe the process is the same down there.
