Question 2011 XKR Door Mirror Glass Replacement

Hi, any one have the directions for replacing the door mirror glass on a 2011 Jaguar XKR ? I don't want to do any damage to the mirror mounting removing the old glass.
Thanks.

Did it couple of times using a glass holder (I mean something like this:
https://a.aliexpress.com/_B1Y30q ). It would be very difficult to break a mirror cover and mechanism. The only thing you can actually break is a mirror glass. Bear in mind that there will be 2 connectors - for heating and for dimming. Be careful, so you can see/remember which one is positive / negative to connect it the same way.

The risk as those who have needed to access the motor have found is more breaking the mirror glass rather than the plastic mounting.

Position the glass as shown in the first diagram to be able to grip the edge and pull away from the mount.
