Stick a ball under the arm to keep it raised while you change blades. Tennis ball, dog chew ball or anything the right size.

I finally figured t out found a good video on the f type blades which are the same. It is easy once you relive to just flip up the tab.

I am fairly sure they are the same as the F-Type wiper arms and blade replacement works the same.
Coz I year or so ago a feral ripped one of my wiper arms clean off and my mechanic replaced it with a used XK arm.
Anyway attached is a pic from the Workshop Manual showing how to unclip the wiper arm.
Using a small screwdriver or even your fingernail you gently pry up the plastic clip then you slide the wiper off the arm.

I'm not a great fan of the current Workshop Manual 'focussed' illustrations in blue and green. The one above in post #4 is OK once you know how to do it but the old style drawing in the earlier WSM was much clearer:

A second drawing showing the end of the Wiper Arm (2) is a hook would make the procedure more obvious.
