2013 Jaguar XKR-S engine sound and 0-100km/h
Most members may have seen this videos, but for those who haven't, stick on your headphone for a great experience. I like watching the first video from time to time , as soon as it starts it gives me goose bumps, makes me love the xk more and more, the best GT car in the world, the second video speaks for itself, disgrace production is gone, why get rid of a good thing.
This video is just pure madness, power, power!

It is a tragedy that we cant wind down the rear windows in our coupes to hear that sound. I had them out when they were being tinted and the exhaust noise was so much louder and clearer. Everyone else tells me how great my car sounds, I only really get to hear it when my wife pinches it from me.
Thanks for the clips!

Speaking of sunroofs, I once saw a first generation XKR Coupe with a perfectly installed sunroof that clearly wasn't factory installed but looked as good as if it had come from the factory. Has anyone seen an aftermarket sunroof installed on the newer model? I'd love to have one on my coupe if it were done well.
Even though I have a convertible as well.

The first video sounds odd, many engine cutouts under hard acceleration. I think he has traction control on and that interferes. To get best acceleration switch to dynamic, turn traction control to track, leave in automatic, medium gas to get off the line (try to avoid spinning the tires) and when you sense grip whale on it.
You can hear in the second video as he spins the tires that the engine does not cut out. First video .... meh, try again.
