Is your car at a Jag Dealer, an independent with equipment to read codes from each of the Jag modules, or a generic mechanic/auto HVAC shop?
It sounds like you have more than a simple recharge needed problem. To efficiently solve it I think you need make sure the mechanic has the equipment to read the Jaguar specific HVAC controller for fault codes. It can post more than 30 fault codes to help pinpoint HVAC problems.
