Sorry not able to make a video since I was alone doing it. Look at my pictures at what I remove, and get a knife and sharpened nail taped solid to your finger. And find the hole, it's further down than you think, and then some. Bend your finger 90 degrees and cut cut cut. Afterwards remove knife/nail and you can feel the tip of the duckbill is totally cut and ruined, and problem is solved.

Try it and questions are welcome. I'm on CET time.
