I’ve never had sound out of any of my speakers since I bought the car about a year ago. Finally decided to look into the issue. Everything looks great so I assumed it was the factory amp. I decided to buy a new factory amp. When I unplugged to old one the screen goes off and when I plugged in the new one the screen stayed off. I decided to plug the old one back in and the screen came back on. Why won’t the new amp work ? Does it have to be programmed?
