Modern OEM's are pretty good about securing any loose stuff under the dash so I'm going with something down the defroster vent. Also being CAD designed there's almost no spare room up there. I'd download the service manuals and see what you can do to troubleshoot it. Make sure all the HVAC functions are working correctly etc. Maybe it's something dumb. Good luck.

Probably be less stressful to turn the music up a bit than try and fix.

The dash plastic has got too much clearance somewhere. It's the rattle on mine for sure. So I'll turn up the music as suggested (or the rpm's).

That's how I block out the noise coming from the passenger seat.

If your car is right hand drive, it may be the glove box button?

Try holding it with pressure and see if it goes away.

If it is the glove box button, a small piece of strategic felt will make it go away.
