Default Any way to display engine info on touchscreen?

Just got my car recently and as far as I can tell there is no way to display any engine specific information like water temp, oil pressure, etc. Am I missing anything? I would expect this info to be accessible on the touch screen display but it does not appear to be?

The main reason for asking is that I'd like to take my car to a track one day and I am used to monitoring this parameters when I do.

Not sure about how to get it to display on one of your screens, but I know they sell OBDII bluetooth adapters that can connect to your smartphone (with an app) and display all of the information you requested.

Great humor, which is something we all could use a little more of.

Regarding the smartphone app, there is a very popular one called "Torque". You can check it out at Torque — OBD2 Performance and Diagnostics for your Vehicle. I know a few people that have used it in the past and they all had great things to say about it.

I know I'm the one who suggested using an app, but do you have any idea what metrics it can display?

Well, it does quite a bit from what I hear. Fully customizable via plugins, etc...

There's a Wiki page for it that answers all questions and should help clarify if there's a function for you. Torque OBD2 Wiki Sorry I can't be clearer here, but it can explain all of it's uses far better than I ever could here. I hope this helps!
