Just realised I'm misleading you mine isn't the test & charge just the MUS 4.3 the t&C units are ~$90.

 

This is the unit our Jag Dealer recommended and installed for us on our 2007 XKR. As we don't have any known battery issues, we got it primarily to be a trickle charge/tender. Seems to work fine. When we first put it on, the battery was just under normal, and it brought the battery up to full with no effort, the unit remained fairly cool, and seems to switch from charge to maintain just as it should.
