Hi Guys,

I purchased my 2010 XKR back in March and the brakes there was noise under mid-speed braking. I took the car back to the dealer and they replaced the pads, but now there is noise from the brakes when either setting off or under very low-speed braking.

These discs seem fine tiny lip of like 1 or 2mm

Are brakes meant to be audible in any way on this car?

 

There will always be some noise since two surfaces are meeting and one is rotating but NO...there is not meant to be a screetching, grinding, chirping, rumbling sound.
