Car is dead

I tried to start my 2008 XKR and nothing happened. Not even the horn works. I’ve been driving every day and had no problems not even any gremlins. I opened the trunk with the key and plugged in my battery charger as I do when I know I won’t be driving for a few days. Several hours later there is an amber light blinking and ticking between the inside light buttons. Anybody know what’s going on?? Thanks.

Replace the 12V battery.

When completely dead you must unhook the battery before trying to charge it. Otherwise the cars systems will try to power up and kill the battery faster than you can charge it. That's what you are seeing now.

10mm wrench removes the terminal bolt...
