If you follow the steps in my post #2 on this thread you will have no regrets.

Takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour total time and uses about 3/4 to 1 full bottle of the 303 Fabric Guard.

Have you tried to Google it? Check any auto parts chain or store. Failing that go to the manufacturer's website.

Default Outcome

Thanks y'all for your tips and advice - finally got to complete the op' and wanted to contribute back my 2 cents worth

So:
- ordered the 303 Flexguard over Amazon - got it seamlessly over a couple of days. Also ordered the 303 cleaning product.
- as luck as it, that started a stretch of rainy days in Texas and it wasn't until a couple of weeks ago that we had the scorching sun recommended for best use of the product.
- 303 cleaning product worked great, easily applied with the spray, used about 1/3 of the 32 oz bottle; followed up with abundant rising with a hose
- Used a super absorbing high duty synthetic cham to dry off the water from the roof - vey effective and you can get the roof almost dry within minutes
- applied 303 Flexguard with both spray (middle) and brush (side / by the glass areas). Used about 16 oz. Dry clothe to easily remove unavoidable drops on the glass windows. Product dried in about 1 hour but requires 12 hours curing (less under the scorching sun)
- Found that any stain on the paint was easily removed with simple polish and a dry clothe

Overall about 2x 30mn with about couple of hours of sunshine in the middle is all you need.

And of course, since then not a drop of rain in Texas ;-)

Thanks again for all your tips
Nic

Nic:

You may not have had rain, but when you go to wash the Jaguar you will be amazed at how well the water beads up and rolls off the top.

Sounds like you followed my method perfectly. Keep us posted as to once it rains or when you wash the car and top. Would like to hear your thoughts then.

Thanks for using my "spray the center part" advise. Definitely saves some time and doesn't get liquid all over the windows. I also have periodically resprayed the top carefully for quick touch-ups. Works great.
