I just bought a 2008 XK. I was concerned about whether it would be powerful enough but I find I actually enjoy driving it slow with a big smile on my face, and when I need pep it has it. I think the need for more power may be overated, but that's just me. Some people comment it is a little difficult to have a smooth easy start with the KXR because of the power, not a problem with the XK.

ha.good idea but thinking save a few thousand for some add ons afterwards.looking at the 60 time it not bad. Maybe smooth accelleration feels slower.

I find mine is faster than I actually think it is. While I'm driving I think, man this thing is slow until I look at the speedo.

Suspension tuning and bigger brakes will allow you to drive the XK faster. Steering feel and bump steer were to low points on the XK, IMO.
