First time on forum - not sure how to reach out to TexasTraveler directly yet - but sent a friend request.
If anyone else knows a link to the DXF file - much appreciated for any help.
I reached out to TheUnobtainium who stated they had them but were not on the site - and they confirmed they don't have them and also stated if someone had pieces parts - they could create them from the parts. My parts are too many pieces as they break sooooo easily.

Yeah you don't have enough activity yet to direct message him but by way of my message, he was notified. he'll reach out eventually I'm sure. Just open a drop box account for free. You can load DXF files on Drop Box. Be ready when he reaches out.
@bmcsubdude I have a good amount of good pieces of defrost vents in able for someone to duplicate them. You mentioned something like that correct? Can you provide more information?
@Orly37 If you want to get a Forum member's attention, simply "tag" them by entering their Forum name and they will automatically receive a message that they've been tagged, which is what I just did.
Your Public Profile is useless because it doesn't say anything about you other than you're in the USA. Where? What cars do you own? What are your interests? See what other members have written. I get it, I'm paranoid about privacy, too. But, c'mon man, if you want to join the club you need to follow the rules

@bmcsubdude It would be great if you found someone to make them with a 3D printer. the file we're talking about here is for a sheet metal overlay, which works great, but if your hell bent on getting something 3D printed, it would sell mre than a few i suspect.
my bad Dint know it was mandatory - but have completed my profile
Lol not mandatory. Well except for Stuart being our Steward and pushing everyone to do so.
What it does, especially for non 2007-2015 generic stuff is save everyone else from digging around like “Does he have a 2008? A 2012? Convertible? Is he in the US or UK or Aussie?”
Things with these cars as well as sourcing vary by year, geography and body style.
Best to put it in a signature, especially if you access via PC or Laptop. (iPhone doesn’t add sig for whatever reason)
Given the time of year he could be on vacation. He is usually on the F-type forum. Last out there 12/15. he's been called out in this thread a couple times now. he will respond to this thread even if it's to say he can't help you. I don't understand the desperation part though. The vents install from the top
The car is apart - and before I take the last thing off (these vents) I want to understand the fitment. One side crumbled when attempted - I have one side intact that wll likely do the same.
Hoping to have the file - laser cut a set - see if any changes I can make to improve - and then get the dash apart and to the upholstery shop.
The car is also using a bay in another shop and we don't want to wear out the welcome...:0
I am pretty good with 2D and some skills in 3D. MAYBE I can make something that would be a drop-in including the lower part of vents - but that's a ways off until i see the option with TT's file.
Going from memory which isn't a good thing but TT measured and had a shop cut to his specs. I think he refined his measurements more than once. There was a member from New Zealand who pulled his (hasn't been on here for some time). He used a credit card to separate the plastic from the dash slowly and carefully. Mine broke apart as well and rather than remove them, I placed the sheet metal atop mine. You will likely never find a set to replicate unless you're willing to risk buying the entire dash off eBay in which case you'll have the same dilemma with $1000 used dash as you do with yours. In the interim, you might try using leather conditioner along the seams where the two materials meet to get a credit card between them. Do this several times over a few days also lightly heat the plastic with a heat gun to help it become a bit more pliable.
