At this point, consider moving on to do it yourself. Aaron (tt) did. I think he started by making a paper template. Once you have that, move on to thin project board. Once your template is done, bring it to a sheet metal shop. I'm just going by memory but I believe that's what he did.

Barring that, send him an email. He hasn't been out here since December 10th. Maybe he doesn't get notifications. You can send him an email through this site.

 

@bmcsubdude I sent the files to a moderator at one point to put into stickies for future reference, but I think the file didn't transfer correctly to website or possibly wasn't sent correctly from fabricator to me. I still have the email from fabrictor with file, it has a DXF extension.
