digital speed in message center

On my 2010 XK, how do I get the digital speed to display in the message center. Currently I have only the clock. Previously, it displayed the speed digitally, which was very convenient.

The speed displays when you have the Cruise Control on and active, I've never seen it displayed otherwise.

Press the button on the tip of the left hand stalk. You can cycle through the different options.

I didnt think that it came up on the 10/11 model years. It doesnt on mine and it didnt on my 08 XF, but it did on my '12 XF.

OP, did it come up on this car?
