Default F-TYPE wheels on an XKR

Hi Guys,

I've been lurking for while trying to figure out if F-TYPE wheels fit on new body XKRs. I put some on yesterday, consider it confirmed! No rubbing, backs are perfect but the fronts look a little funny with the offset pulling them in 10mm or so. Planning on some mild spacers up front to even it out.
20" Gyrodynes off an R if anyone is wondering.

Sweet! I've been contemplating some 19" centrifuges (because they look very similar to my Forgiato Drea-M's) for the rear for drag strip duty. But can't find them cheap enough to justify going with those over a pair of matching forgiatos.

Thanks for the leg work

Yeah, I think bang for the buck it'll be pretty hard to beat a take-off set of F-Type wheels. There's a couple sets online now for around $1500 if anyone else is in the market.

Not a fan at all don't think the style fits the body lines in the least. Different strokes...

I agree with Steve. My favorite OEM XKR wheel design is the Vortex, as seen in Steve's photo, upper left. It was first introduced on the UK market-only 2008 XKR-S, and brought back again with the 5.0L.

Wow, that one is hot!

Thread jack - Do 19" wheels fit the XKR? I am looking a '13 XKR that has 20" and I would prefer 19" if at all possible.

Google'ing specs for the 2013 XKR showed '19" Tamana-Style Wheels' as an option.

I've got black 19" centrifuges on the f-type (not my choice, it came with them). Great wheel, very easy to clean, and the ride is good on them. Actually the easiest wheel to clean that I've had on a Jag, because there are no "hard to get at" places.
