Fault codes P0031/0057/0236/0069/0237/0238 resolved Battery undercharges
I charge my car on a CTEK every month, last time was 28th April but have been doing limited miles (200) since then.
This week the car was giving me issues with sluggish starting and threw up the above codes yesterday evening.
I read and cleared them with my Icarsoft and was a little stumped and worried, then I realised that I had a new key-fob coded last Friday which took them about 45 mins (see my thread below)
https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...b-dies-246381/
So clearly they used SDD without having it connected to a charger and that battery drain was the cause of my codes.
Immediately plugged in my CTEK at 7pm last night and 2hrs later it'd not moved off charging stat 3 (when it normally is at least at 5) at 7am this morning it was fully charged on charging state 7
So just some logical thinking of 'hmmm what work have I had done to the car immediately before the fault occurred?' paid dividends
