Cool codes

hey forum... been a bit....2001 xk8 was off the road for the winter...just took it out for a long ride (two hour or so straight, back and forth) then engine light came on... checked codes and they were 300,301,303 and one or two i can't remember right now... book says misfiring... how do i fix this problem or is it (may be a low battery causing the codes to appear ..??????????? everything was great up till now with the codes.??? anyway i reset the engine light and i'm going to check it out in a day or so.......any ideas ????????? tony

Put the battery on a charger, then stop at autozone, etc. and have it load tested. Weak battery is the most likely problem.

.thanks will do had a ctek on the battery all winter cause the windows kept going down when you opened the door . battery is about 5 or 6 years old i guess it just finally had it............anyway will check the load and or buy a new battery................thanks again tony b.

RJ237, charged my battery on my c-tek (put it on recondition) went up to 7 in about 4 to 5 hours, went the next day to auto zone and they said it was at 12v and is where it should be.. codes are all gone and car is running fine now... guess i'll keep an eye out for it... tks again tony
