Momentous day today.

After a long and difficult year and the nightmare that is the DVLA.

I had a phone call this morning from the medical assessor at the DVLA and he let me know that he issued my licence back to me this morning.

I didn't get an apology for the problems they caused or the mistakes they made however, in the scheme of things it's not important.

Finally all the cardiac rehabilitation and hard work has paid off.

Thanks for all the support guys, it's been appreciated.

Just getting my tax and insurance done for the first small drive to the fuel station and then back home.

Baby steps as wifey says.
