Default Front ride height xkr 4.2

Ive lost my measurements would someone be able to measure the ground to arch going through the middle of the rim .... looking to see the ride height of xkr 4.2 on standard 20s

Should land somewhere in 705-715mm roughly

Probably not exactly the info you’re looking for, but on my 4.2L XK, originally equipped with 19” wheels, but now riding on 20’s, the ground to wheel arch is 27.75”, and the center of the wheel cap to arch is 15”.
The second measurement is probably more useful, as the ground height will be affected by type of tire and inflation.

My kid's 2007 XKR measures as 27-13/16" rear and 28-1/16 front. Course half the engine is in the boot, so that is maybe a sixteenth or so. I also have not checked the tire pressure.

Ride Height Factory Specs here Steve

FRONT REAR
Naturally aspirated (NA) 396 mm ± 15 mm 396 mm ± 15 mm
Supercharged (SC) without dynamics pack 394 mm ± 15 mm 393 mm ± 15 mm
Supercharged (SC) with dynamics pack 384 mm ± 15 mm 379 mm ± 15 mm
  • All the above figures are measured at "kerb" height -all fluids at full and a full fuel tank.
  • Tires must be inflated to normal pressure
  • Rear thrust angle = (LH toe - RH toe) ÷ 2
  • Ride height is measured from the centre of the wheel to the apex of the wheel arch,

    through the wheel centre line.

The difference in height between new parts and aged parts can be quite significant as suspension sags over time.

My rears were 690mm with the eibach springs , placed some spacers in and brought height back up to 705mm

I'll check. Mine's corner balanced as well which will affect heights.
