Front wheel arch missing fastener cover?

Default Front wheel arch missing fastener cover?
Hi All,

I was cleaning my car the other day and noticed I might be missing a cover in the wheel arch area. Is everyone else's open or do you have a cover?

There is no cover there. Its open so you an access the bolt to remove the headlight.
