Fuse for electric windows

The manual isn't explicit on which fuse controls the passenger window, but I suspect the setup is the same as for the driver's side, where one fuse feeds the seat controls and the mirror as well as the glass. If that's the case, it would be Fuse 9 in the fuse box in the footwell. However, if that's blown, you'd have no seat operation either (if I'm correct about the shared fuse).
Sorry to be vague, the manual doesn't help much.

The fuses are in the Auxillary Junctioin Box behind the rear seats. See the attachment or download the elecrical diagrams one.
You might wait til morning and make sure they still don't work. If they still don't work, disconnect the battery. Step on the brake pedal for a few seconds and then reconnect the battery and try the windows again. Sort of like rebooting your computer to make it work.

I haven't had any reason to investigate the door glass list system on the XK 4.2 .... yet!
However, I don't think they are simply a switched component like earlier models but are controlled through the door modules via the CAN.
If this is the case, a 'hard reset' as suggested by Ngarara would be my first action before thinking of possible component failure or harness fault.

That suggestion was in another thread, about the window working but not dropping on opening the door. Don't think it's going to help here, because the window isn't working at all.

I did not include all of the schematic 'cause I'm lazy. But those fuses are the ones.
I had a drivers seat that would not move. I went a day without it working. Before pulling fuses I just disconnected the battery cable.....stepped on the brake pedal to drain any capacitors.. put things back on and started the car. The seat now worked. I'm sure I picked this up from someone on the forum. These newer cars are not like the old days where you'd suspect the fuse first. Never hurt to look at 'em though.
MODULE PASSENGER DOOR is the one scewed up. See the attachments.

2008 MY XKR Coupe - Fuse for electric windows
Many thanks for the posts and the wiring diagrams. It turned out to be just fuse 1 (25A) in the Aux fuse box. At least I know where the fuse box is now ! (behind rear seat centre console, not in engine bay or boot/trunk).
I will also bear in mind the other suggestions in case it turns out to be a recurring fault on that door window.

Got my car back from the garage. They told me a locking issue occurred (passenger door open error on the dash).
I quickly figured this was due to the window not going down (at all)
The reset procedure worked for me (disconnect battery, press brake)
I never found the fusebox behind the rear seat, can anyone post a photo of it ?

It's behind the center section of the rear seat back. To remove that center section cover, give it a hard push from the bottom up to release it from the top edge and then pull the top towards you to expose the fuse box.
That's where Fuse 19 is located. It protects the active exhaust circuit on XKR models, and removing it will keep the valves in the muffler open all the time.
