Those hoses are not really accessible in the 2012+ xkr. I inspected everything back in 2021 and all looked fine.

That also would not explain why fuel has entered fine for the past 6 months and suddenly the issue reappeared, despite nothing changing on the fuel system. I believe it's a failing/failed module, but there's no code being thrown.

 

Any update on the fix for this problem?

 

Nope! I haven't been able to refuel the car normally for the past 2 years. I'll have to replace the tank eventually. Replacing the charcoal canister and pump DID NOT fix the venting problem.

Extremely frustrating.

 

. Wow! That’s pretty discouraging. After all these years no fix…. And now I’m using my XK as a daily driver.

 

before jumping to conclusions, PLEASE try a different gas station..

I've had this problem and it was the pump at the station, where another station worked fine

 

Can you fuel it via a gas can?
