Have a 07 XK that has a whining noise on start up but after I drive for 10 mins it goes away. I checked the power steering fluid and it's not frothy and not leaking. I thought it might be that because I used the turkey baster method to add fresh power steering fluid it's kinda of the same noise on my BMW and that worked the noise sounds the same.
