How to remove kick panel to access accelerator pedal,

Default How to remove kick panel to access accelerator pedal,
Anyone know how to remove this? Give it a good tug? Any screws to remove? Trying to replace my accelerator pedal

Closing the loop for someone in the future. You just have to jam in a tool into the 3 clips and force them out. Takes lots of force. I replaced them with easier fender clips.
