There is a small soft rubber circle in the center of the round bottom of the black plastic fan unit under the glove box. Press upward on it gently with the Climate Control on via touch screen and the *** turned to max (11?) - not just punching "Auto". May, or may not, work at least temporarily on a blower unit that is suffering/has suffered from the dreaded AC drainage problem. It's voodoo - please don't request explanation (I'm not around that often) it just works for mine. At least try this before tinkering with the control unit or motor itself. (I think it slightly raises the spindle/axis/brushes for better electrical contact to get it rotating. Or dislodges rust? It could be that water damage has adversely affected functioning. Electrical engineering was not my major.) Good luck.
