Does acetone apply to the clear coat product as well?

Just a heads up, nail polish remover nowadays can be acetone free. But they sell pure acetone at Home Depot.

I've used micro brushes for small chip repair. Also, it helps to know how to follow up with wet sanding using grades 1200 to 2000. It's a tedious process and best competed as a winter project as it takes a lot of time.
