Thank you everyone on the forum for your insight. Wouldn't have bought the car without everyones advice. Anyone know someone in Dallas who can program another key?

Gratz and welcome to the forum! If you need a new Fob/key, I'm pretty sure you're going to need to go to the dealer. I don't think there are 3rd parties with access to the bits you need done to add another key.

Yep, pay the dealership. (Nearly $400! YIKES! and that is for the fob and programming only!) It is another $200 to get the special "safety key" that slides into the fob special ordered from overseas!
Anyhow, the advantage the dealership has is that they will remove all the key fobs from memory so only yours will work, and not the one the prior owner still has in his jacket pocket!
