Looking for help in changing out the front interior lights to LED. I cannot figure out how to remove the plastic housing to access the lights. Any help is greatly appreciated. I know about the potential problems with using LED lights. I am only doing the interior lights. Thanks

My appologies.... My vehicle is a 2009 Jag XK convertible. I have used the search feature extensively before posting.

 

Need you to be more specific, which lights are you referring to? Upper console, Door puddle lights, Foot well lights, Visor lights?

 

 

You must remove the entire upper console... It is held in by metal clips... I think I used a small plastic pry bar to get it started and then just steady even pressure with my hands when I removed mine... Pulls straight down, its easy but there are wires connected to it so don't just yank on it or you run the risk of damaging wires...
