Arrow Message To RJC Dont Give Up Everything Will Work Out Were Rooting For You

I like to add my input. RJC call Jaguar USA and explain everything. They are very helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you as a customer is happy. Once Jaguar USA gets involved let them takeover. Second dont believe all the hype in the surveys most of the surveys are bias towards brands anyways. Sure you can purchase another brand but it wont be a Jaguar. I love Jaguar and I use to own German cars. I no longer own German cars. When Im in a Jaguar I feel thrilled and exhilarating. Jaguar gives me a unique feeling that cannot be duplicated when driving another brand. Jaguar is a culture and a movement. Nevertheless your very distinctive driving in a Jaguar. You cant say that for Mercedes, Bmw, Audi, Porsche etc. I owned my current XKR for over 2 years and I love it and gonna replace it with another newer XKR. Im dedicated to the Jaguar brand. Trust me let Jaguar USA do the work and everything will be alright. Jaguar customer service is top notch. I understand you feel like your dealer isnt doing enough again thats where Jaguar USA comes in. So please get on the phone and call 1-800-JAGUAR and watch how fast your situation turns around. Wish you the best.

Thank you very much, your thoughts are truly appreciated. I'm going to the dealership next week to have a private meeting with the GM, if things don't work out then I'll give jaguar USA a call. I just want my car to get sorted or a replacement, as I really like the XKR.

Thank you again.

RJC listen you need to call Jag USA yourself and let them handle the situation. They are there to provide customer service. Stop handling this with the dealership and contact Jag USA asap. Let them step in and get everything resolved.

I agree, sometimes you just need to step up and go there, not the first response, but i would now. When you call crc, theyll be in touch with the regional manager that works for jaguar not the dealer as well as hotline and regional tech rep. This helps the dealer too many times because they cannot put some parts on even though they may want to without approval from jaguars tech line. Its also a step that will get the dealer alot more support as the burner just got turned up to high

Yep advice has been given, now its up to you RJC. This situation would have been probably resolved by now if you called from the beginning. Jag customer service is top notch for a reason.

Thanks Gents.

According to the SD, Jaguar USA, Jaguar tech line and engineerers in England have all been involved since early last week.

I can attest to the helpfulness of Jaguar North America customer service. When I bought my X350, I had some questions about whether or not it was a certified used Jaguar or not. I spoke with an actual person, and had no trouble contacting that person directly over the next couple of days as they gathered information for me. They even called a dealership directly and conferenced me in on the conversation. Fantastic.
