Default Messing around with MAP sensor?

Has anyone messed around with MAP/MAF sensor interceptors / calibrators on the X150?
Pretty simple trick that tuners have used on forced induction cars by tricking the ECU into thinking you're running at high altitude and adjusting air/fuel to compensate.
On a turbocharged car it typically results in about a 2-3psi bump in boost, so I'm wondering what would happen on supercharged X150.

Example
https://splitsec.com/product/psc1-00...nal-calibrator

Would it work? Or is the AJ133/Denso just too complex for this?
Thoughts?

I'm already at High Altitude, so wouldn't do much for me.

You could always be higher...lol
I mean the difference between like Park City, UT and Pikes Peak, CO is still like 7,000 ft. I'd imagine that would still yield a pressure differential to make some impact.;

I do not think you're going to have any good results but keep us posted..
Why why not get an actual proper reflash instead?

I don’t understand how that would work to create more boost and a car that doesn’t have a programmable waste gate. I think the most you could do is just mess up the mixture and make it a little richer but I don’t see how that is going to affect how much the super charger pumps

OK I just looked at the product and no it won’t do what you think it will do because it’s not meant to do that. It’s purpose is to allow you to tune an engine where you have increased the blower and you need to adjust the map sensor because it’s no longer sized correctly. You run out of headroom. So instead of having a brand new specialized map sensor custom built for your custom set up you adjust the output of your existing map sensor so that you can get the correct engine parameters needed for the bigger blower

It is my understanding that the MAP sensor is re-calibrated when you fit a larger crank pulley. No need to with the smaller supercharger pulley as it cant create enough extra boost to affect anything.but the crank pulley extra diameter will result in limp mode unless the MAP is adjusted

Sorry but it makes absolutely no sense to me...
All map sensor does is reads actual boost pressure,,, If it's past its scale then it can be easily readjusted in ECU But going past it requires a significant increase of boost ..

I'll probably get around to doing a proper reflash once I get the pulley, but wondering about the MAP because I think I have a programmable module kicking around somewhere in the garage that I use.
Plus, I can piggy back the MAP adjustment on a reflash for "test" purposes. lol

Has anyone done both upper and lower pulley swaps? Any problems with the other items running off the belt?
I heard the AJ133 was run up to 750bhp by Jaguar in testing, so it seems like there is plenty of headroom.

It's not going to work unless you actually put more air in. How could it?

It will do nothing good but may flag codes.
