I just picked up a mint '08 Xk convertible (Indigo, Caramel), so I'm new to this post. Love the car, but after pairing my I-phone 4, I can hear phone conversations but the other party cannot hear me. Has anyone had a similar problem?

 

We've noticed that our '10 XK has a poor quality microphone or some problem. The person calling the car sounds fine in the car, but the sound quality the outside caller hears is poor.
We also have a fairly new Volvo, and the sound quality is much better.

 

I pair my Droid X to my 07...no problems. I have asked the person I am calling how I sound and they say I sound normal.

I suspect the microphone itself may be at issue.

 

Did you get that problem fixed. I'm having the same issue!
