Did a search but couldn't find this problem.

The outside mirrors and the steering wheel often don't remember the preset position. The default I use is #1 with different settings for #s 2 and 3. More often than not, when I get in, it doesn't even remember the #1 setting especially the steering wheel. The other issue is that if I press #2 or 3 (keeping it pressed until the cycle is complete) then go back to #1, the mirrors are totally askew from the original #1 setting.

Have had the car into Hennessy Jag twice for this and they "could not duplicate" the problem. The SA suggested that if I used the second key fob then the memory settings would not be the same. C'mon, seriously?

Am bringing it back in tomorrow. Has anyone had this problem and/or any thoughts on what the resolution might be?

My 07 XKR had that problem. They replaced the door module under warranty. That's what they called it. First they tried to reprogram the module. When that did not work they replaced the module.

When it wasn't working, I would position the drivers mirror and "set" the memory position. Next time I tried to go back to that position the mirror would go all over the place. With me it was just my drivers mirror. Did not have an issue with he steering wheel.
