How much do you want & what's your budget?

There are a LOT of existing threads re your engine that you might read....

Exhaust is easy: replace the centre mufflers & centre pipes with a crossover pipe like the Jag performance exhaust. You can either get the genuine Jag part, an aftermarket pipe from various suppliers, or just get an exhaust shop to fabricate one for you. Most people do it for the sound, but it's also worth a few HP.

Next trick: replace the supercharger pulley with a smaller one, to make the SC spin faster and produce more boost. That works best with a tune, to get the mixture right. Some grinder work may be needed on the 'nose' of the supercharger to allow the small pulley to fit.

Beyond that, I haven't heard of anyone bolting on significant HP upgrades. There are people who have put nitrous injection on Jag V8s, and even replaced the supercharger with a more sophisticated one, but most of that work has been done on previous models that aren't as complex and difficult to modify as the XK is.

on my 2012 NA I have had it tuned by ETG and have a Mina exhaust system. Result about a 10+% increase in BHP to 425 from 385.

You can have much more but you don't have the big bucks?

answer the question and forget about the "big bucks", it is a pretty straight forward question, thanks

Those, plus ECM tune, is all I've seen on here in terms of power upgrades for the XKR. To be honest, most people find 550 HP enough. The car's straight-line performance isn't limited by the engine, it's limited by traction - more torque = more wheelspin.

I get the impression you think we know all the answers and we're not telling you, presumably just to annoy you. The reality is, the XK isn't really a modder's car. There are too many complex and intertwined electronic systems, all trying to keep things within the design parameters. For example, if you increase torque through ECM tuning, it's likely the TCM will detect it and tell the ECM to back off the throttle to protect the torque converter.

To get a 'guaranteed', quantified upgrade, you really need an integrated, tested package. Unfortunately, the packages that are available can be very expensive. Here's the Arden 'Pro' kit:

Arden Performance-Kit for "Pro" 5.0 SC

Performance increase of 91 kW (124 hp), torque increase of 120 Nm and optimization of the complete torque profile by using an additional ECU and the stainless steel Arden High‐Performance Exhaust System including sport catalytic converters, middle silencer and stainless steel rear silencer with 4 polished end pipes.

Cost: 14.900,00 EUR +2.831,00 EUR Tax
Fitting: 750,00 EUR +142,50 EUR Tax

Their complete pricelist is here:

Jaguar XK/XKR Price List

This is just to give you an idea - it is only available at Arden's factory in Germany, so not much use to you. You can get it done using separate sources for much less; pulley, exhaust & tune ought to be only a few hundred $. But the results aren't guaranteed - you'll get more power/torque, but you won't know how much until you do it.

And you still won't be able to really capitalise on much of it, because of the traction limitations.
