Need under tray valance panel!!

Where can purchase a under tray valance panel for a 2005 XKR convertible in the United States? (and not from a dealership)
When I searched for it the images that are shown look different from my panel.
My daughter drove my Jaguar and came home with the under tray valance panel destroyed! :-(

There's four different Part Numbers listed for the XK Undertray (item 10) depending on VIN.
