My OEM $39 Apple 30-pin to Lightning adapter allows my 2011 XKR to sync, control AND charge my iPhone 6S just fine. Weird.

 

A Scosche passPORT adapter along with the Apple adapter gives power AND music. Over $60 solution though.

 

PURE RAGE INSUES.

I just purchased a brand new iPhone 6s Plus to replace my 6 Plus... 1 second of playback, then pauses when paired with Tunes2go or directly connected with iPod cable -> Lightning adaptor.

$100k on a car... No bluetooth capabilities. Dealer couldn't diagnose either, tried to claim it was an issue with my phone, clearly that wasn't the problem.

SMH...

 

I've just ordered the Note 5 and was a little concerned about connection because the Jag compatibility site doesn't go that far. So the 6 edge works?

 

IPhones and Jaguar XKs do not like each other. My experience goes back to the Iphone4S (four of them). Very happy with the Galaxy 6Edge. There are other threads on this subject suggest you use the search box to find them

 

It isn't the CAR'S fault, blame the lame phone you bought. Every OTHER brand of phone works just fine. You bought into apple's "wanna-be" image-creator and you got skrood.

 

EVERY phone that is not a (cr)apple works just fine.

 

haha, I actually struggled a bit making the note 3 connection last but it had a fix. I've never had a problem with the iPhones but I switched out of them because I loathe iTunes, IOS 6 was a PITA, and the memory was useless. I think that the iPhones are much easier to use, but I wouldn't get another one
