Aston Martin unveiled the new Vanquish...563Bhp, 457lb/ft of torque

Looks like an XKR!

It would be really cool to overlay an XK over the Vanquish and see how close the lines really are.

I would love to have a carbon fiber bodied car. No more PDW repairs!

That new Vanquish is just a touch on the cartoonish side, don't you think? Mind you, could I afford such a car I would have it on the short list.

That's my kinda cartoon! I've always loved the looks of the Astons----just think the Jag is a better value.

If I could afford an Aston (or a front engine Ferrari) I'd be driving one!

It does look good, but oddly it seems a little more bland than an XKR. And not as good bang for the buck.

They put it on the cover of the latest AutoWeek with a nice story.

Both are beautiful cars, no arguing that. IMHO, the Vanquish just has a little too much going on with the grill and all. Sort of like the XKR-s with the side vents and all, just seems to be just a bit too much. But that's just my taste.

The old Vanquish with its clutchless manual could not be parked on a hill and was a bear to drive. What is the transmission in the new Vanquish?

Our beloved XKR looks like it's 4 Wheelin in that pick. Let's represent with a lowered profile shot of the exact same car wheels and all...
