2010 XKR. Trying to subscribe to SiriusXM but radio shows NO ID. Called Sirius and gave VIN but they couldn’t locate a radio to that VIN. I looked in the DVD stack in the boot and there are 4 devices stacked. Is one of those the sat module?
It’s on the display screen in my car when XM is selected. Details to access are also in the owners manual. I don’t have mine in front of me at the moment.
My Sirius ID also did not display so I had to get the numbers off the unit. It's the second unit down on the stack, but not difficult to get to. Take a phone picture of the label and replace all the stuff and then try again using that information.
Also, do NOT use your real phone number when dealing with Sirius, as they sell phone numbers and you will get bombarded with SPAM calls.
