Default Satellite radio keeps forgetting presets

The infotainment console on my 2010 XK 'forgets' the preset satellite radio stations I've saved. The presets for the FA/AM radio remain, as do all of the other settings, but about once a week I have to reprogram the satellite radio station buttons. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, is there a known fix?

I have satellite radio, and do not have this issue. What year is your car?

Could you be losing voltage to your radio from time to time?

The preset stations are stored in the SAT Radio module, not the radio.
So i'd guess that there is an internal fault with the module itself. It's a separate module on top of the Nav DVD drive in the trunk.

Just out of curiosity, is it really losing the presets? Or is just the name tag on the button disappearing?
I've come across that issue with a DAB module (similar to SAT) where the preset actually remains, it's just the tag that disappears.
So when you press on one of the "empty" presets, it goes to the station, and the tag reappears on the button.
