Outlet/crossover pipe and heater inlet pipe replacement
My 2010 XK 5.0 (Non Supercharged) with currently 14,000 miles has a slight coolant leak at the notorious crossover pipe AJ89664. I don't lose very much at all, (was told by dealer it was seeping) but I've read the horror stories of it's failure leading to a possible engine detonation. Question I have is this..... How many of those who have replaced the front crossover pipe have simultaneously changed the rear heater inlet manifold outlet pipe AJ814007? I know the manifold must be removed and it's been suggested numerous times from Indy shops familiar with our cars, to replace both pipes at the same time while the intake manifold has already been removed. I've been told the rear pipe (AJ814007) is more labor intensive to replace. What should I anticipate as hours of labor to change both? Of those that have replaced both.... what was the condition of the rear pipe AJ814007? I'd assume that for the additional cost of the rear pipe, I might as well do both. FYI.. My water pump was replaced a few years ago at 12,000 miles and was just starting to leak. Thanks all. PS.... Any other miscellaneous plastic worth while changing at the same time that are also is known to fail? Again... I currently have only 14,000 miles and don't drive much. Thanks all.

Mine also, but an /R.
I'm going to take a different tack, I'll let people know about it IF IT WORKS.
For yours, I'd say do everything you possibly can while it's apart. Age will rear its ugly head later on when you have 15,000 miles five years from now.
Two years ago I replaced all of my plastic coolant pipes and hoses, including the complete thermostat, valley hose (SC for R model), and front and back manifolds. The original manifolds are 2 piece welded plastic and the upgraded new ones are one piece. I only had about 15,000 miles on my 2014 XKR at the time. I would replace all plastic pipes and hoses on your 2010 XK.
I did this, and paid the extra cost, when I had the SC torsion isolotor replaced under warranty.
The intake manifold does NOT need to be removed on the N/A 5.0 XK to change the rear crossover pipe.
I did it without removing it, its not that hard but you must lay ontop the engine with a cushion.
The water outlet under the manifold can be changed by lifting the intake manifold up and propping it with a stick
note that the intake manifold seals should be changed while you are in there
i'd also try to clean the back of your intake valves if they are dirty. (higher miles)

Definitely change both pipes regardless of miles
As the OP, last year I replaced both front and rear pipes, as well as every plastic pipe and tubing, all manifold gaskets, thermostat etc. Most parts looked like new ( other than the front crossover). All original parts were returned to me. My car had less than 15,000 miles at the time. I have since felt at ease when taking longer trips but still keep an eye on the reservoir level. PS. I had Jaguar do the job as I couldn’t find an Indy I had confidence in.
