Wow, that's interesting. Looks like your early one didn't come with the big front brakes but has the big dust shield. Colors look good regardless.

You should pick up some of the jaguar decals to give it that professional finish

Once applied I glossed over the top

Yeah, a Leaper instead of the trite //R would look good. I'll have to consider that one...

Not totally happy, rushed it and with the wheel on it's not exactly as I want it.
I want to grind the calipers and paint them one more layer and then put a new leaper on.

Then it will look great!:-D

I have mine red with the logos for some time now, was thinking of changing to yellow, my car is black, seems red is the color of choice, any views on the yellow colour. I see a lot of cars especially black in colour with the yellow calipers, a lot on f-types, click on picture when you open the link, nice pics of the f-type

For black cars I prefer gray, black, or red.

Deep Blue or Bright Blue if you wanted to be really different? Knowing your car if you were wanting to depart from the norm I think this would be the thing to try.

I put some Dremel time on the calipers before painting them. Too many casting marks on the stock calipers.

I went this route and bought them from a forum member. Very happy with them. I love the painted calipers but in the end, they still get dirty. These are just a simple reach in and wipe. With the ceramic pads, dirt is minimal. I know others don't car for them but ease of care was important. Now I'll show them on my car when I'm not so embarrassed by the condition of the wheels and get them repainted. Center hub on my rotors is just painted black.
