Default Passenger fuse box cover removal

Sorry for this silly question, but I'm trying to remove the passenger fuse box cover on the driver's side floor area without breaking it. I want to do the E Brake calibration by removing fuse F2. Can anyone tell me the trick to opening it? I believe it's opened from the bottom up but it doesn't want to release. Thanks all.

According to the picture in the user handbook, push it upwards (presumably releasing the bottom edge), then swing the bottom edge outwards, then pull downwards.

Asked at Jaguar today and the tech wasn't able to open it without the possibility of breaking something. I left it alone and will disconnect the battery instead.

Once I knew what was necessary the cover came off in 30 seconds. It does happen to be a very stupid design and if not careful the plastic is very easy to break. I pulled the fuse and finally got to calibrate my E Brake.
