Its a known issue with the seat control module. It needs reflashing.
What I’d like to understand is: what is the catalyst for this? Its happened three times on the life of my car. I have no evidence but coincidentally, I needed to change the battery just a month later…

Would any of you know if this scanner can disable a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System)

While I don't have one of those, it's pretty much a big NO as the liability would be through the roof for disabling a safety feature. They would lose billions in lawsuits.

I would agree with this statement but look it up online to see its capabilities, I just wanted to be able to reset my seats.

I went to my Jag dealership to reflash the seats. Wouldn't go fully upright and did my head in. Works perfect now.

I also have the Foxwell NT530; it does have a number of TPMS functions, but I did not see the ability to disable it.

From previous threads, the AUTOOL AP200 is able to engage the seat backs in the computer, to work again. It is a result of low voltage, battery problem, that a trickle charger can help with..

+1 on the AP200, but note it needs the JLR software download.
