'07 XK 4.2 Nat Aspirated, 95K miles: So I'm replacing the coolant hoses throughout as preventive maintenance.

Next is the small u-shaped one under the intake manifold. Since the manifold is off, should I replace the knock sensors at 95K miles? Or are they good to go for an expected next 5 years, 20K miles?

Also, anything useful from blasting out accumulated oil from the inside of the manifold?

Mine are original... at 200,000 kms.
This is one of the items that I put into the "repair bucket" as opposed to the "maintenance bucket".
